What steps do I need to take to complete an order?

To complete an order:

  1. Click on the "Start Now" button.
  2. Choose the magnet style and click "Customize Product".
  3. Upload your image by clicking "Image" on the left menu and then "Choose a file".
  4. Edit your image using the tools provided.
  5. Add text from the left menu and customize it.
  6. Once satisfied, click "Add to Cart" or "Save Design" for later use. Create an account to save your design.
I created my magnet, but it takes too long to add it to the cart or it doesn't add at all. Why is this happening and what can I do?

There are two reasons why this might happen:

  1. Internet Connection: Sometimes, the quality of the internet affects the uploading of the photo. Make sure you have a good signal or a good WiFi connection.
  2. The photo is too large: There are limits for uploading photos, and the server might not accept it. In this case, you need to resize the photo on your mobile device and make it smaller. Depending on your device, there are tools that allow this process. Keep in mind that a photo up to 2MB is more than sufficient to create your magnet.
Can I design my magnet on my mobile phone?

Yes! Our website is mobile-friendly and supports camera use. For precision, we recommend using a computer on the design page.

Can I reorder the same product multiple times?

Yes, simply adjust the quantity in your shopping cart.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but having an account allows for convenient order filling and access to previous orders and designs.

Can I continue editing my project on another computer?

Yes, with a personal account, your saved designs can be accessed from any computer.

What resolution should I use for photos?

Upload photos with a resolution of 300 ppi. Higher resolutions will be automatically adjusted.

Will my photos appear brighter on screen?

Yes, screens may display images 20% brighter due to backlight technology. We ensure printed images match screen appearance.

What camera settings should I use?

A camera with at least 5 megapixels is recommended, with a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768. Refer to your camera manual for setup instructions.
